I’m double majoring in Mathematics and Economics at Lafayette College (Honors in Economics). I will be graduating in May 2026. During my undergraduate journey at Lafayette College, I have worked on policy-relevant research using advanced econometric tools and large-scale datasets such as the National Longitudinal Surveys (NLSY97) and World Bank household surveys. As a research assistant, I have collaborated with faculty on projects ranging from crop diversification and household welfare in Nigeria to econometric modeling with Python, R, and Stata. In Summer 2025, I was selected as a Summer Program for Undergraduate Research (SPUR) intern. SPUR is a nationally competitive opportunity that provides undergraduate students with an intensive 10-week summer research experience under the mentorship of a University of Utah faculty member.

My research interests lies in applied microeconomics, econometrics, development economics, policy, behavioral and industrial economics.

Outside of research, I am a teaching assistant for Econometrics. I am also mentoring high school students in Madagascar through the Lafayette Initiative for Malagasy Education (LIME), served as Director of Finance for Cambodian Student Association in the United States, and organized Cambodia’s first Higher Education Fair. These leadership experiences shaped my passion for mentorship, collaboration, and building opportunities for others.

Besides acadmic, I enjoy playing piano, backpacking, hiking, and running in nature.

My goal is to pursue a PhD in Economics. I hope, in the future, I can bring together data-driven analysis, policy relevance, and real-world application to tackle complex economic questions and help businesses and organizations make better-informed decisions.
